Chicken cream with vegetables

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 3 cubes of chicken broth
- 5 cups of hot water (tea)
- 4 cups (tea) of chopped green vegetables (broccoli, kale, escarole, spinach, etc.)
Method of preparation:
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and saute the onion, garlic and chicken until golden brown.
- Season with salt and pepper. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
- In the same pan, dust the flour, put the chicken back and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken stock dissolved in the water a little at a time, stirring until it thickens slightly.
- Add the chopped vegetables and cook for 10 minutes.
- Turn off, mix with the milk cream and serve after.
