Chicken cream with vegetables

Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 3 cubes of chicken broth
  • 5 cups of hot water (tea)
  • 4 cups (tea) of chopped green vegetables (broccoli, kale, escarole, spinach, etc.)

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and saute the onion, garlic and chicken until golden brown.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
  3. In the same pan, dust the flour, put the chicken back and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken stock dissolved in the water a little at a time, stirring until it thickens slightly.
  5. Add the chopped vegetables and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Turn off, mix with the milk cream and serve after.
