- 180ml of warm milk
- 150 g skinless peanuts, roasted, unsalted and ground
- 300 g of icing sugar
- 1 spoon (dessert) of hazelnut essence
- 300 g of melted semi-sweet chocolate
- 200 g of unsalted butter at room temperature
Method of preparation:
- In a blender, beat the milk with the chopped peanuts, the sugar and the hazelnut essence.
