Ukrainian chef and MasterChef judge Liza Glinska publicly addressed Russians in a tearful Instagram post following a massive overnight attack on Kyiv.
Glinska shared a photo of herself crying, stating that her mental state could no longer endure the horror created by the enemy almost every night.

She described feeling as though they were being hunted, writing that her house shook as if made of cardboard while air defense forces shot down Shahed drones amid machine gun fire, explosions, and surrounding fires.
Addressing people living in the aggressor country, Glinska stated that she hated them with her whole being and called them a cancer on Earth who stole Ukrainian lives and had no right to exist. She wished for all 140 million Russians to feel the horror, fear, and pain Ukrainians experience daily while holding their children tight and praying for morning.
Glinska urged followers not to tell her to leave because she is at home, adding praise for Ukraine, its heroes, and its invincible people.
