Spanish singer Marta Sánchez has showcased an evening dinner look in Madrid, matching a classic black tweed jacket with casual denim and luxury accessories.
The pop star shared the outfit with her followers on social media after taking a mirror selfie during a visit to the Japanese restaurant Kabuki Madrid.
Rather than choosing a formal gown or an elaborate cocktail dress, Sánchez demonstrated how denim trousers can serve as an elegant option for dining out when balanced with tailored outerwear and striking accents.

Sánchez has remained one of Spain's most prominent musical figures since the mid-1980s, when she gained national fame as the lead singer of the pop group Olé Olé. Over a solo career spanning more than three decades, the Madrid-born artist has sold millions of records and built a reputation as a style reference, regularly making television appearances on popular broadcasts such as Antena 3's talk show El Hormiguero.
Tweed jacket and casual denim
The centrepiece of her evening styling was a black tweed jacket inspired by classic French fashion house Chanel. The piece features a collarless round neckline, front patch pockets and decorative silver jewel buttons, recalling traditional Parisian tailoring while functioning within an informal setting.
To soften the structure of the jacket, Sánchez layered a clean white t-shirt underneath. She paired both items with light blue high-waisted jeans, creating a sharp visual contrast between the formality of the woven fabric and the relaxed feel of cotton denim.

Tweed jackets have formed a cornerstone of women's wardrobes since designer Coco Chanel introduced the boxy, collarless style in the 1950s. While historically worn as part of coordinated skirt suits in corporate or ceremonial environments, modern fashion frequently incorporates tweed into high-low styling, combining heritage luxury with everyday streetwear.
Chanel handbag and gold accessories
Sánchez completed the ensemble with prominent designer accessories, carrying a classic black quilted Chanel handbag. The bag features the French house's recognisable interlocking metal clasp and a woven gold chain strap that complements the metallic tones of her outfit.
At the waist, the singer added a black leather belt with an ornate gold jewel-style buckle that accentuates the high rise of the jeans. Her jewellery styling continued the warm metallic palette, incorporating a gold necklace with a pendant, a delicate bracelet and a bold black statement ring.
The styling concluded with understated grooming. Sánchez wore her blonde hair swept neatly back from her face, allowing the neckline and jewellery to stand out, paired with luminous, natural-finish makeup.
High-low dining style in Madrid
The setting for the mirror photograph was Kabuki Madrid, an acclaimed restaurant in the capital known for pioneering Japanese-Mediterranean fusion cuisine. The venue represents the modern dining scene across European capitals, where upscale restaurants welcome refined smart-casual styling in place of rigid dress codes.
Fashion commentators noted that the formula offers versatile inspiration for informal dinners, weekend lunches or office work, proving that simple combinations of good denim, a white t-shirt and structured outerwear remain effortlessly effective.
