Tonight on TF1, Nicolas Valerie kicks off the new school year at Marie Curie High School with two new episodes of the TV series Le Repcant. JoeyStarr has the ability to respond to new partners in the game after Arno Ducre and Amel Chahbi join the adventure.
After a double episode on the topic of homophobia last March, Le Remplacant returns with a new opus written by Jori Morio and Vincent Mocker, this time focusing on the dangers of social media.
Elsa (Sylvie Phlux), one of Valerie’s students, becomes a victim of harassment when intimate photos are posted as a result of a mysterious leak on social media. His stalker is hidden by a pseudonym, but may be closer than it appears.
Determined to educate her students in respect for privacy, Nicolas Valerie will do his best to expose the mask of someone who calls himself Killian, even as other photos of high school girls are starting to circulate on the internet.
In terms of personal life, the French substitute teacher has to juggle the relationship with principal Barbara Schultz and the role of Judith’s father (Lore-Kenza Azizu). And even worse, Nicholas sees Chris Land in his life, an old friend of a very complex genre, camped by Arno Ducre.

While the previous two episodes had tempo problems and struggled to get us actually involved, despite the highly important topic, The Substitute manages to find some color here, just like the one that aired the Pilot Salt last year.
The authors turn the story around one of the main high school students – here Elsa, played by a former actress from tomorrow’s actress, belongs to us – allowing a group consisting of Kenza, Erwan (Alexander Ferrario), Hakim (Ilias shot), Celia. (Mahya Zrook) and Abu (Mervail Nsombi) to unite more than ever around their friend who is a victim of harassment and remain united in trouble.
Beyond the topic they get (especially “naked” and dating apps) and the very good performances of Joistar, Lor-Kenza Azizou, Sylvie Philo, or even Amel Chahbi as the new Deputy Director, these new episodes of the TF1 series. Many also owe it to Arno Ducre to come.
The actress, who was recently seen in Mensonges with Audrey Fleur, invites herself to Le Replcant during this intrigue and comes to sow chaos in the life of Nicolas Valerie. But also in high school, where his borderline behavior and bad influence can cause serious harm.
The character between comedy and darkness, which also leads this double episode to a rather unexpected ending, but we will not say more.
After a successful launch in April 2021, after 6.6 million curious people responded to the pilot episode, the series experienced a sharp decline a few weeks ago with episodes 3 and 4, which averaged only 3.13 million viewers. The market share is 22.6% among women purchasing managers under the age of fifty (FRDA-50).
Will this new adventure of Nicolas Valerie allow a substitute to lift the bar in terms of audience? Answer me tomorrow.
