For the first time in the franchise, Neve Campbell will not be in a Scream film as Sidney Prescott
For the first time in a movie Paniciconic slasher horror franchise, Neve Campbellinterpreter of the protagonist Sidney Prescott, is not part of the cast of the sixth feature. A few days before the premiere of Scream 6, Courteney Cox broke the silence and spoke about the absence of the former co-star.
It is worth remembering how cox participated in all the films of the franchise in the role of Gale Weathers. During an interview with Variety to talk about receiving the star in Hollywood Walk of Famethe actress commented a little on the way in which she sees Scream 6.
“I missed working with her, but I will support what she feels is right. I have a great scene with Ghostface and it was amazing,” stated the artist. “I’ve obviously been stabbed many times and all that, but this time, to work with the Ghostface and not knowing who’s under the mask, it was so much fun.”
