Claudine is celebrating her birthday
After running, Johanna finds Florent in the office and informs him that she spoke with Marius. Although her friend scolds her for being completely unconscious, the young woman assures her that Marius has given false testimony and that it was Claudine who ordered everything. Afraid that the investigation will be reopened if the police or the judge find out that Johanna spoke to a witness, Florent advises her not to spoil things and to keep a low profile. Annoyed, Johanna leaves.
Meanwhile, Bernier calls Claudine. After wishing her a happy birthday, the prosecutor invites her to dinner, but Claudine declines, claiming that she has something planned with her relatives. Since he doesn’t want to mix the personal and the private, Bernier suggests seeing him next week. Only, Claudine replies that she’s busy and then promises to call her as soon as she’s free.
At the end of the day, Claudine welcomes guests to Les Sauvages. Alix, Sabine, Florent, Enzo and Guilhem are present. Also there, Johanna promises Florent not to cause a scandal. In the evening, Claudine gives a speech thanking her family and friends for being there, then joins Florent and Johanna to thank them for opening the doors to her practice. He even goes so far as to say that they form a real team, even a family. A tense Johanna wishes her a happy birthday, agrees to take a photo with her colleague, and then angrily leaves the place, which is not missed by Sabine, who goes to see her in the parking lot. But Johanna refuses to talk to him about anything at first. Still, she swears she’ll call him later.

Melissa, a rape victim
Inés, wanting to help Melissa, who is currently in serious financial trouble, Inés asks her father for a salary advance, which he receives.
Ines then goes to 101 and informs Melissa that she will be able to give her 250 euros. It is enough to make him pay the rent late. After clarifying that she didn’t know when she could pay, Melissa warmly thanks her.
James later calls Melissa to find out if she’s available to shoot a video with a handsome guy. Realizing that it is a pornographic video, the young woman refuses. James then claims, pointing out that it will be broadcast on a small Canadian channel, confidential and very soft. He also claims that they will pay 800 euros for one hour of work. Despite everything, Melissa is not interested and usually prefers to pose for photos. Unfortunately, James replies that he has nothing at the moment before hanging up on her.
At noon, Melissa is alone in a bar. Tempted by the idea of stealing the cash register, she changes her mind and pretends to have a family emergency to get her lunch. Melissa then goes to James and meets Ralph, the man she has to shoot with. Although the latter tries to reassure her by promising to take it easy, Melissa, feeling ill, signs the contract without reading it.
In the process, Melissa joins him in the room where all the equipment was set up for filming. After a few hours, not one but three men come out of the room. Melissa sits on the bed on the verge of tears and silently dresses.
Shocked, she is about to leave when James hands her an envelope of cash. Since he only paid half of the agreed amount, James promises to hand over the rest the next time they meet. On the way home, Melissa burst into tears.
After dark, Enzo tries to call Melissa, but she doesn’t answer. A worried young man calls Ines, who tries to calm him down and pretends not to know where he is…
