After two long years of waiting, “Cidade Invisível”, a Brazilian Netflix series that adores national folklore characters – in fusion with modernity – already has a release date for the second season: March 22nd. Check out the sequel synopsis:
After two years of disappearance, Eric appears in a natural sanctuary, protected by the natives and sought after by clandestine miners, near Belém do Pará. He learns that Luna and Cuca lived nearby with the aim of bringing him back to life. Luna disappears shortly after meeting her father. Desperate to find her, Eric discovers he can disempower entities and uses it to try to protect her daughter, who has been kidnapped by people connected to illegal mining.
Synopsis for the second season of Netflix’s Invisible City
In addition to the main characters, such as Eric (Marco Pigossi), Luna (Manu Dieguez) and Cuca (Alessandra Negrini), new entities and more cultural elements from Brazil will be added to the story, delving into and exploring other cultural elements of Brazilian folklore.
