Warhammer Vermintide 2 is free to play on Steam for a limited time

The co-op shooting game completes 5 years and players can try out their matches until March 13th

The award-winning co-op action shooter Warhammer Vermintide 2 turned 5 in March and to mark the occasion, producer Fatshark has released the game for free to download and play on PC, via Steam, until March 13th.

In addition, all players will be able to participate in matches of the A Quiet Drink commemorative phase, which will be available in the game until March 20th. Watch the trailer:

In this special stage, the player characters want to drink at Helmgart’s tavern, which ends up being overrun by a horde of Ratmen. You have to go through the city, with drunken characters, looking for the next beer, clearing enemies from the path.

Warhammer Vermintide 2 is available for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
