Fintech expects to expand earnings by 150%, adding more than R$47 million in revenue
Transfeera, a fintech that provides payment infrastructure, announced today that it earned BRL 19 million in 2022, a figure that corresponds to a 102% growth compared to the revenues recorded in the previous year. The result was in line with the projection made by the co-founder and current CEO, Fernando Nunes, in an interview with Finsiders, in September last year.
Between 2020 and 2022, Santa Catarina’s fintech revenue increased from BRL 4.7 million to BRL 19 million. The company broke even in the second half of 2022 and is already generating cash. For 2023, the expectation is to maintain the pace of expansion, with a 150% increase in turnover, which would mean exceeding a turnover of 47 million reais.

Founded in 2017, in Joinville (SC), the Transfer offers infrastructure and technology solutions for payment processing and bank data validation. In August 2022, it also launched a payment initiation API, which promises to reduce online payment steps by more than 50%.
In January, fintech announced a BRL 7 million funding round led by Honey Island by 4UM — fund focused on fintech created by Capital of the Honey Isle AND Investments 4UM — with the participation of existing investors bossanova, Opus, goodz capital AND Angels of Curitiba.
