Days and Lives is not ready for worship. The Peacock recently renewed the series for two more seasons, allowing the series to wait for at least a seventieth season.
This order of additional episodes offers the series a much quieter renewal than it has known in recent years, with NBC (the channel that airs Days and Lives through 2022) and Sony Pictures Television (which distributes). series) is always on a razor’s edge. With this renewal, Days and Lives becomes one of the longest-running series in television history, behind General Hospital (broadcast since 1963) and the English series Coronation Street (broadcast in 1960).
