Former BBB Paula Freitas was sued in court by her adviser Talita Borges, head of Nóz Produtora, in a lawsuit for non-pecuniary damages. The professional allegedly provided services to the sister of “BBB 23”, who would not pay the agreed fee after being eliminated from the program.
According to information from the trial, the actor tried to prove the employment relationship through registered documents, although the former nun did not sign the contract for the provision of services due to imprisonment in “Big Brother Brazil”.
To guarantee the value of the case, estimated at R$ 200,000, the court asked for the blocking of all bank accounts of the defendant.
Now, Paula’s defense will have to present a defense in the trial within 15 days, under penalty of default.
