April comes with big movie premieres, such as the highly anticipated Super Mario Bros The Movie, Air: The Story Behind the Logo, Beau Tem Medo, among other films
April’s slate of theatrical releases is full of new releases, with some highly anticipated films and others that have had little publicity, but are able to attract the attention of the public. The next few weeks bring releases of horror, romance, drama and even animation.
One of the most anticipated releases for April is Super Mario Bros. Film. The animation surprised when the first trailer was released, with breathtaking graphics, leaving the expectations of fans of the plumber saga skyrocketing. Finally, the day of the premiere is coming and you will be able to check out the film in theaters.
Another highly anticipated movie this month is romance quite a disaster, with Dylan Sprouse. The feature film is an adaptation of a book of the same name by author Jamie McGuire and shows a bet made by an unlikely couple, Travis and Abby (Virginia Gardner): a “bad boy” and an “honest” girl.
The month of April also features the premiere of the film the boy is scared, with Joaquin Phoenix. Directed by Ari Aster and produced by A24, the story follows the life of a paranoid man who embarks on an odyssey to find his mother. The feature film is notable for showing the actor with characterizations in different ages.
April movie premiere list also has the release of ARIA: the story behind the logo, which tells the true story of Sonny Vaccaro (Matt Damon) and Phil Knight (Ben Affleck), head and founder of the sports brand Nike. Together, the duo seek to make history by sponsoring basketball star Michael Jordan.
April also features the debut of Call 4: Samara stands up, a Japanese film in which people die every time they watch a cursed video. The horror film follows genius student Ayaka Ichijo, who tries to find out what is behind the curse.
