The Star Wars franchise wins three more films

Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy announced during Star Wars Celebration 2023, taking place this Friday morning (7), that the franchise Star Wars there will be three more films. For the statement, the executive invited none other than Daisy Ridley (Rey of the new saga trilogy) to break the news.

While no title or preview has been revealed, the director added that Mangold’s film will “go back to the beginning of the Jedi,” while Filoni’s is expected to focus on the New Republic and tie into the series. Ahsoka, The Mandalorian AND Boba Fett’s book.

The feature film directed by Obaid-Chinoy, already announced, will deal with the return of Rey Skywalker and will show the building of a new Jedi Order after the events of The Rise of Skywalker (The Rise of Skywalker), from 2019, the last film in the series – will be a direct continuation.

The studio has also released the first official teaser and release date of Star Wars: Ahsokaas well as offering a preview window for The Acolyte – both Star Wars spin-off series.
