Kim Kardashian decided to try herself as an actress. The telediva received one of the main roles in the 12th season of the American Horror Story series. Ryan Murphy, co-creator of the show, told The Hollywood Reporter. Moreover, the role was written specifically for Kardashian. According to Murphy, the new part of “American Horror Story” is unlike anything that his team has ever done.

Kim is one of the biggest and brightest TV stars in the world. And we are very happy to welcome her to our family. Emma and I are happy to work with her. And our screenwriter wrote a funny, stylish, but scary role especially for Kim,” Murphy said.

The 12th season will also star Emma Roberts, who appeared in six previous parts of the series. Among them are the first (“Murder House”), the third (“Sabbath”), the fourth (“Freak Show”), the seventh (“Cult”), the eighth (“Apocalypse”) and the ninth (“1984”). Season 12 of the show will be based on Danielle Valentine’s novel The Delicate Condition. The book is about a woman who is convinced that some sinister figure is intent on preventing her pregnancy.

Filming will begin in New York in April. Murphy is expected to announce a premiere date in June. Internet users are already joking that the scariest part of horror will be Kim’s acting. However, the celebrity already has experience. She repeatedly starred in videos and received roles in other projects of varying degrees of success.
