The John Wick franchise, helmed by Keanu Reeves, is in great shape. While the fourth installment – currently in cinemas – has signed the saga’s biggest launch in the US and France, the world is expanding with The Continental. This series of three episodes opens the door to a new story, without Keanu Reeves and in New York of the 70s.
The first trailer, rather short but already delivered well enough to give you an idea of the tone of this project – sure to be explosive – is finally available. The story explores the origins of the famous The Continental Hotel, which became the headquarters of the assassins. In the films, the facility is run by Sharon, a character played by Lance Reddick, who died on March 17.
