Un Si Grand Soleil preview: Tuesday 18 April 2023 episode recap [SPOILERS]

Warning, the following paragraphs contain spoilers for the episode of Un Si Grand Soleil that airs tomorrow night on France 2! If you don’t want to understand anything, don’t read!

Tuesday, April 18, 2023, on such a big sun…

MANU ends his story with Eva

At the gym, Manu kicks the bag vigorously as he recalls his discussion with Eva. He then sends her a text asking to see her. which he receives.

At the police station, Alex informs Eva and Dimitri that Alin was a victim of blackmail. After showing them the said message, the police officer tries to find out if anyone had a grudge against the deceased. Dimitri then talks about the altercation he saw the day they met, explaining that the man was attacking Alin because his son had been mauled by one of the bulls. For Alex, the deceased could be a victim of revenge.

After a while, Alex goes to the herd, where he questions Fred, the owner, who confirms that a certain Lupiak was terribly angry with Alice because her son was almost slaughtered by the bull.

At Midi Libre, Jacques asks Marc to write an article on the Delclos case.

Meanwhile, Claudine criticizes Eva and Dimitri for not realizing that their client was not Aline’s real husband. Since the agency will now be linked to Aline’s death, Claudine sees no other option than to shut it down to erase all traces. So Claudine will see to it that the site goes down, but first of all, pray that no one finds out that she was the head of this company. A blow to Eva and Dimitri.

In the evening, Manu joins Eva in the apartment. As she approaches to kiss him, Manu explains that he will not succeed. Indeed, he tried to project himself, but, unfortunately, he is unable to pretend. Even though she knows perfectly well that she’s messed up, Eva wants to be able to talk to him so that he can understand her choices. It’s just that the cop lied for weeks, he can’t get over it. With tears in her eyes, Eva begs him to stay, but Manu, feeling betrayed and hurt, ends their affair.

Lauryn helps Evan

Since he’s not working tonight, Evan offers to have dinner with Chloe’s family. Unfortunately, the latter already has something planned. Indeed, Chloe returns tonight for one last hide-and-seek with Mark. Even if nothing much happens, the clerk doesn’t regret doing this little investigation.

During this time, Claudine takes in Francois Laumier, Lorin and Boris’s father. Longtime friends, he asks a lawyer to intervene in the firing of one of his employees. So he invites her to dinner tonight, and more of the same. Unfortunately, Claudine doesn’t really have time to respond as François receives a call from his daughter who wants to have dinner with him because she has something important to discuss.

In turn, Mark gets a call from Leonor. Since their son has forgotten his lessons at home again, she suggests dropping them off tonight. Mark won’t be there though because he’s hiding tonight anyway. If Leonore enjoys teasing her ex-husband about his little night escapades, she reminds him that Chloe is a married woman and also the mother of their son’s best friend. After the dodge, Mark hangs up.

A few steps away, Lorin and her father meet at Les Sauvages for lunch. An opportunity for a young woman to discuss Dr. Cresson’s private clinic project is wonderful for her. Intrigued, François orders his daughter to put him in touch with Evan.

Lauryn rushes over to Evan and informs him that her father wants to meet to discuss his clinic project. Although surprised, the doctor thanks him.

A few hours later, Evan calls his wife on the phone and ironically asks her if her last hideout with Mark is ready. A conversation that didn’t escape Allen, who tries to figure out what’s going on. So Evan tells her the whole story, but reassures her that he’s not jealous and that he has complete confidence in his wife.

Later, Chloe and Mark control the Beaufort land. When he sees the truck, Mark grabs his drone and captures the scene. When they manage to get a clear picture of the license plate, Chloe searches her file and discovers that the van belongs to a company that works to recycle industrial waste. Mark tries to see the connection with Beaufort’s exploits
