Almost a year after initial speculation that a new season of Black Mirror was in development, confirmation has finally arrived.
Netflix announced on Wednesday (26) that the series will return in June and released the first teaser for the sixth season.
Series creator Charlie Brooker called this season “the most unpredictable, unclassifiable and unexpected”.
I’ve always thought so Black mirror I was supposed to present totally different stories from each other and keep surprising people – and myself. Or, what’s the point? It has to be a series that cannot be easily defined and can keep reinventing itself.

Brooker, who also returns as a writer on the new season, said that not all episodes will be exactly what viewers of the series expect: “The stories are still completely different. Black mirrorbut with some crazy changes and more variety than ever before.”

Black mirror is a sci-fi series with anthological episodes involving themes related to technology, modern society, privacy and social media. The series began broadcasting in 2011 on Canale 4 and, after two seasons, was bought by Netflix.
Netflix will soon charge for sharing passwords
Do you share your Netflix password with friends and family who don’t live with you? You may be willing to pay an additional fee for the subscription.
After releasing its financial results for the first quarter of 2023, the stream revealed the schedule that will change the terms of sharing passwords in the US and other countries. According to the company, the additional cost for sharing passwords will be implemented by the end of the second quarter (June 30).
