Singer Zeca Baleiro schedule for May the start of the celebration for his 26-year careerAS release of a series of unreleased singles which will arrive weekly on digital platforms, and which will culminate with the launch of a EP copyright and the first single will be autumn wind.
“I don’t really like celebrating anniversaries and holidays, but last year I celebrated 25 years of my recording career and I wanted to celebrate with the release of some saved works, things that had been in the works for some time. With the storm of the pandemic since covid-19, the 25th birthday has become 26”comment Baleirowho had his first album, Where will Stephen Fry walk?released in 1997.
During all these years, Zeca Baleiro he has become known for his mix of different rhythms, genres and musical references, collaborations with different artists and his involvement in other fields, such as literature, cinema, dance and theatre. In May he also debuts in theaters. Don Quixote out of nowhereby the director and writer Ruy Guerrawith the direction of Jorge Farjalla and original music by Baleiro.
For the second semester, the singer and composer is preparing two albums, with the production of swami jr. – an authorial of sambas, which was recorded for 11 years old with the participation of a new generation of experts; and the project with Chicco Caesarstarted with the release of the double singles Lovers + Breathe (2021) and Summer + kiss me first (2022).
The commemorative package also includes a talk shows/podcasts with guests and Names and thingsbook of little memories, with accounts of lived stories and impressions of friends, partners and idols, and experiences of the “Long road of life”.
