You may not have achieved your goal of driving a Extraterrestrial movies, but Neill Blomkamp hasn’t stopped threatening people with aliens. If so, Joel Kinnaman will take on pesky space dwellers in a new alien abduction thriller. they found us.
Written by Jeremy Slater, the film will follow a father (Kinnaman) and his daughter Kaylee as they go camping in the Utah desert to mend their broken relationship.
After being attacked by a hostile alien life form, their lives, not just their relationship, hang in the balance as they battle a humanoid beast to stop their abduction in an unfamiliar and terrifying alien world.
While Blomkamp is currently putting the finishing touches on Sony’s racing game adaptation Gran Turismo (released on August 11), the shooting of this new film is scheduled for the end of this year. As for Kinnaman, he has space experience (but not yet extraterrestrials!) Thanks to television. for all humanity.
