    There is life beyond Universal’s classic monsters. They are already here the first images of the next movie by Emma Stonetitled ‘Poor Things’and the star of Cruella, the Disney Live-Action to the beat musical, is nearly unrecognizable in her new look.

    The doctor brings her back to life and replaces the brain with that of the fetus that she carried in her womb, giving her the mental faculties of a girl and renaming her Bella.

    Eager to learn more about the world around her, Bella escapes on a whirlwind adventure across the continents with attorney Duncan Wedderburn (Mark Ruffalofrom Marvel) to find the mundanity he desperately seeks.

    Free from the prejudices of the time, Bella becomes more and more committed to their beliefs in equality and liberation.

    The images show the character of Stone sporting a long jet black mane as she is seen exploring nature and taking a trip aboard a ship. She can also see Dafoe’s Dr. Godwin sitting in what appears to be a laboratory in a black and white image.

    Ramy Yousef, Jerrod Carmichael and Christopher Abbott round out the main cast, while Tony McNamara takes care of script.
