Police investigate alleged falsification of data for vaccination cards against Covid-19

On the morning of this Wednesday 3, the Federal Police arrested Lieutenant Colonel Mauro Cid Barbosa, former assistant of Jair Bolsonaro (PL). According to Globe News, the arrest was made in a search operation to investigate the entry of false Covid-19 vaccination data. In addition to Cid, two of Bolsonaro’s security guards were also arrested. False data, which occurred between November 2021 and December 2022, was entered into the SI-PNI and RNDS systems of the Ministry of Health.
