Ted Lasso: Will there be a Season 4 for the feel-good series?

Three seasons… and then it’s gone? It’s no secret that the Ted Lasso series on AppleTV+ was designed as a story spanning three seasons. And while it’s not billed as the finale, Season 3 running on the platform should therefore mark the end of AFC Richmond’s adventures.

A mix of humor and drama, Ted Lasso is a TV series featuring an American football coach with a funny personality who is hired by the president of a Premier League team to sabotage the results of his former favorite team.-Husband.

AlloCiné was able to speak with Jason Sudeikis, an interpreter for Coach Lasso, but also a co-creator of the program. Accompanied by Brendan Hunt (Coach Beard), the latter agreed to discuss the possibility of a 4th season with us.

While there was no response to renewing the show, the actor and screenwriter still admitted that a fourth season could see the light of day, provided the public was there.

But this is not the only project of the two actors. When asked about the possibility of buying Ryan Reynolds and his Wrexham AFC team (recently promoted to the British D4), the two friends first joked that they wanted to take the reins of the mythical Manchester United, for a small sum. 750 dollars.

Until Brendan Hunt came up with the idea that the show’s fictional team would finally give birth to a real football club. The name and already existing equipment, respectively, will only lack the players and the stadium for the success of the project. Or simple details in their eyes, which therefore depend only on the good will of Apple!
