Guardians of the Galaxy 3: What does the first post-credits scene reveal?

If the film marks the end of James Gunn’s trilogy and splits the group he assembled, while some actors have said it was the end of the journey for them (notably Dave Bautista and Zoe Saldana), the Guardians of the Galaxy saga can continue. In a different way and with another director.
