“It’s something shady but what do you want to see”: This is the Netflix series in which Aron Piper will hook you without saying a word

On May 19, one of the most suggestive proposals that we will see in Spanish fiction this year arrives on Netflix. ‘Silence’ is the new miniseries created and produced by Aitor Gabilondo (‘Patria’), one of the Spanish Netflix series of this 2023.

Amor, whom we met in films like ‘El buen patrón’ and ‘La abuela’, emphasizes that what moves her character, an intelligent and tenacious woman, is that obsession to know and understand.

Cristina Kovani is in charge of interpreting Marta, a young woman who met Sergio for being a private teacher of her sister. The girl will try to see the “innocence” that a being like Sergio can harbor. The character embodies one of the most mysterious paraphilias that exist and that are mentioned in the plot of ‘El silencio’, and she is sexual attraction to criminals, also called hybristophilia. Sergio’s departure will break the world of Marta and that of her boyfriend Eneko, played by Manu Ríos. As the actor himself says “he is a fairly simple boy, but everything will start to go wrong when he sees a strange attitude in her.”
