Former BBB Bruna Griphao has opened her heart and revealed intimate details of her new song “Queimar”, released on digital platforms this Friday (12/5).
The new single reveals a toxic relationship experienced by the actress before facing the confinement of ‘BBB 23’, where she returned to experience something similar with Gabriel Fop. Lyrically, Bruna talks about loss, personal suffering and heartbreak to the rhythm of a romantic ballad.
“Burn is a very personal and intimate song. I wrote it in a very delicate moment, when I was going through an abusive relationship, suffering in many ways and I decided to turn it into music,” revealed Bruna.
Bruna added that the relationship caused her a lot of suffering, even during the recording of the song. “The day we recorded the tape, I was crying a lot, due to an issue stemming from this relationship. You can tell by my voice that I’m very emotional,” she said.
Finally, the singer confirmed that she wrote “Burn” based on her reality and feelings. “The music is very strong, intense and true. I always used to write my feelings a lot, in different formats, like poems, but they never really became songs and this time it happened,” he said.
The actress’ previous song, “Bandida,” recently surpassed 1 million streams on Spotify.
