Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Wednesday May 17, 2023 Episode Summary [SPOILERS]

Lorin has compromised evidence

Lorin is more motivated than ever. Even though she’s waiting to hear from the private detective, she’s confident she’ll find something eventually.

Meanwhile, Chloe asks Evan if he heard from Elizabeth. Since he didn’t have it, the doctor will call him again and if it doesn’t work, he will find another solution. Indeed, Chloe and Robin are his only priorities today. When he takes his wife in his arms, she feels uncomfortable.

At the hospital, Evan questions Allen. Even if he refuses to get involved, Dr. Alfandi still indicates to his colleague that his companion is still interested in his project and that he is not going to give up.

In turn, the detective watches Chloe’s smallest actions and gestures. Arriving at the courthouse, she calls Mark to warn him that she won’t see him later. While he suggests moving their date to another day, Chloe replies that it’s not a good idea. This situation may bring him suffering, Mark confirms that he does not expect anything in return. Not far from there, Louis informs Leonore that Mark has a new girlfriend. As much as he wants to know more, the teenager replies that he can’t say anything because he doesn’t know anything about her. With all these secrets, Louis and Leonor imagine that Mark is dating a teacher or even a married woman.

At the end of the day, Chloe drives to the underground parking lot of the courthouse, where Mark is waiting for her in his car. When he asks what he is doing there, the reporter urges him to be clear about what he wants. Unfortunately, Chloe can’t make it and prepares to get into the car. Mark stops her and asks if it’s over between them. Finally Chloe says she wants to be with him but she can’t. Indeed, he does not want to harm Evan and Robin. As he is about to end their affair, Chloe wraps his arms around him and kisses him. They then get into the car and share an intimate moment. A few steps away, a private detective observes them and snaps a picture.

Later, he joins Lauryn and tells her that Chloe has a boyfriend. After handing over the photos, the detective adds that Mark is a journalist for Midi Libre. When she offers to send the photos to Evan, Lauryn, who is delighted, says she has a better idea…

Bilal decided to support Ulises

Early in the morning Ulises and Bilal have a tense conversation about Christian’s proposal. Although he promised the man he loves that he would not play the forger for Alix again, Ulysses unfortunately has no choice but to accept this new scheme. Later, Alix gets a call from Christian and accepts the deal he offers her. Since Helen didn’t seem thrilled, she wants to check that he’s really sure. Immediately Alix reassures him: he manages the situation!

Elise and Victor are adjusting their lives without Sofia

Sofia and Charlie are well settled in Uzes. If this departure upsets many things for Ellis, it is also a relief for him to see his ex-wife start a new life.
