Players can download and play EA’s survival horror demo until May 29
Valve has quietly introduced a free demo system in Steamstarting with the remake of Dead space. Players can download and play 90 minutes of the game on the PC gaming platform.

The trial version of Dead Space requires the player to install the full game before playing. A timer on the game page counts down the trial time remaining after starting the game. There don’t seem to be any progress blocks beyond the time limit.
Valve hasn’t officially released the new Steam Play Trial feature, which, for now, is only available for the Dead Space remake, and for a limited time: players will only be able to play the free trial until May 29.
Dead Space Remake is available for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
