Netflix: What movies should you watch in June 2022?

June 17: Spiderhead

Before his Top Gun: Maverick has just been released in theaters, Joseph Kosinski is preparing to release another movie, live on Netflix, respectively: Spiderhead.

Chris Hemsworth, who has already had a platform boom with Tyler Rake and one of Kosinsky’s favorite actor, Miles Teller, is a psychological thriller focused on an ultra-modern penitentiary run by a brilliant vision where inmates suffer from dementia.

But when two subjects form a union, the path to their redemption becomes more twisted as the experience of a mad scientist, played by a Torah translator, begins to transcend the boundaries of free will.

June 8: At the top of the basket

Between two schoolchildren ‘s comedies (Sandy Wexler, The Secret of Murder…), Adam Sandler is accustomed to making dramatic dramas on the platform (The Meyerowitz Stories, Uncut Gems…). His next film, Above the Basket, is one of them.

Namely, produced by LeBron James, the film tells the story of a declining basketball player who notices a phenomenal athlete but with a stormy past in Spain. A few days before the release of Spiderhead, along with Chris Hemsworth on the platform, his wife Elsa Patakia (seen in the saga Fast & Furious), who will be the headliner of the muscle action movie in which he responds. Luke Brace (Holidate).

He plays the role of a U.S. Army lieutenant who must use his years of military experience to save humanity when sixteen nuclear missiles are fired at the United States and a violent coordinated attack simultaneously threatens its remote missiles.

June 14: Jennifer Lopez: Half

An intimate documentary about a hit artist Jenny from the block Where Მ Let’s shoutJennifer Lopez: Half-time looks at the multifaceted careers of the singer and actress, as well as everything related to the life spent in the spotlight.

Much of the feature film is devoted to the artist performing with Shakira during the Super Bowl 2020 half-time screening. An event in which the song stars all dream of participating!
