It’s not all bad news for Netflix subscribers. Although the US giant has officially announced the end of account sharing, the new feature should make the platform easier to use. If you like to create lists and organize them, this update is perfect for you.
A great filter to organize your watch list
Indeed, now we see on Netflix when we go to “My List” that new subcategories have appeared: “Not Started”, “Started”, “Series” and “Movies”. That way, you’ll be able to get a better look at the content you’ve added to your personal list and better find your way around when you’ve spent hours looking for something to watch in the evening.
It’s in the media on the edge, that a Netflix spokesperson explained this new feature that Netflix has been working on for some time. At the moment, this filter is only available on Android and it is not yet available from the web version of the platform. Leyal Brown also announced that this new update will be rolling out to iOS “in the next few weeks.”

Separately, Netflix has also added another “Coming Soon” category to the home screen. A tab that allows you to quickly view an organized agenda of upcoming movies and series available on the platform. You can also request to receive a reminder when certain content is posted online.
