Knights of the Zodiac, the live-action adaptation of the popular animated series that delighted Club Dorothy, was released in theaters on May 24.
The story tells about Seiya, a teenager with a strong character. The latter is used to participating in fights to earn enough money to survive on the streets, looking for his kidnapped sister.
During the fight, he unwittingly absorbs mystical powers and finds himself in a world where he encounters knights in armor who gain their powers from ancient magical training and Athena, a reincarnated goddess who needs his protection. If he wants to survive, he will have to accept his fate and sacrifice everything to take his rightful place among the Knights of the Zodiac.

Seiya
Seiya is the hero and main character of Knights of the Zodiac. He is the Bronze Knight of Pegasus. His most common fighting technique is the Pegasus Meteors. McEnew credits him with his features in the film adaptation. Seiya is one of 88 knights (12 gold knights, 24 silver knights, and 48 bronze knights) who fight to protect the goddess Athena. They draw power from space, with energy comparable to Ki.
Siena / Athena

Sienna (Saori in the anime) is the reincarnation of Athena, the goddess of wisdom, a central figure in the story of the Knights of the Zodiac. Since mythological times, Athena has kept the peace in the world, returning to earth to protect humanity from the attacks of various gods who want to take over the earth and subjugate it. She is played by Madison Iseman in the film.
KIDO

Mitsumasa Kido (his name in the anime) is Saori/Sienna’s grandfather. The latter adopted him and took him to Japan after finding Aiolos the archer dying in a shrine. He is also the president of the Grad Foundation, which was created to protect Athena. In the feature film, Mitsuma was renamed Allman Kido. It is camped by Sean Bean. He is behind the recruitment and training of Seiya among the Zodiac Knights.
Nero / Phoenix IKKI

Phoenix Ikki, named Nero in the live-action adaptation, is one of the 48 Bronze Knights tasked with protecting the goddess Athena. However, Ikki/Nero possesses an arrogant and tormented personality, torn between good and evil. He has a fierce hatred for Kido and the Grad Foundation. Nero is one of 100 Foundation orphans sent around the world to find armor. He is also considered the strongest of the Bronze Knights thanks to his resurrection power. Diego Tinoco will play him in the movie.

Marine is Athena’s female knight and Seiya’s mentor. She wears a distinctive mask that hides her face, as do all who serve the goddess. He is dressed in the silver armor of an eagle. He trained the hero hard to become a worthy knight. Caitlin Hutson hides under the mask of this character in the feature film.
Cassios

Cassios is a formidable opponent that Seiya must face in order to obtain the Pegasus Armor. In the anime, it is a colossus whose size is more than 2 m50. He is portrayed by Nick Staley in the live adaptation.
