Online cinema KION has published the first full trailer for the upcoming series “Baby Tour”. The project based on the script by Vasily Sigarev (“Volchok”) directed by Fyodor Stukov (“Fizruk”) is a satirical and at the same time kind look at our life at the end of the 2000s. Anastasia Popova, Anna Kotova, Lina Mirimskaya, Maria Osipova, Dmitry Kulichkov, Evgeny Shumeiko, Vitaly Daushev, Valentin Samokhin will play the leading roles in the multi-part film. And in the most unexpected role, the choreographer Yegor Druzhinin will also appear on the screen.
First of all, I was attracted to the project by the script of Vasily Sigarev — an opportunity to tell a poignant and very funny story. All the characters are recognizable, their motivations are clear. All I had to do was not mess it up. I believe that the audience will be hooked by the story of four “simple Russian women” in pursuit of their common dream. These are the four musketeers from the outback — one for all and all for one,” says director Fyodor Stukov.
The series will tell about several women, working at a local poultry farm in the village of Livni. Girls of completely different characters and types learn that if a child is born in America, he will automatically receive US citizenship. Then the company decides to get pregnant together and join the baby tour, because it’s much cheaper to give birth together…
The project was produced by LOOKFILM together with KION. The series will premiere exclusively in online cinema on June 1.
