“Pedro, with whom I worked on ‘The Last of Us’, made a film called ‘The Weight of Talent’, in which he played some kind of arms dealer, but very adorable and with a lot of personalityLuna explained.
“So I told him that I had taken some inspiration from that character for the series I was doing. He told me: ‘That’s good. I’m glad I could help you’“.
Luna also had to spend time perfecting Boro’s accent, who is from Guyana. The interpreter studied in England and has spent a lot of time in the United States.
“He is a very experienced person. So, in my mind, there’s a hint of his accent, but there’s also a lean towards english in the way he speaks“, he shared.
Pascal and Luna are expected to reprise their respective roles as Joel and Tommy in the second season of ‘The Last of Us’, which has been delayed due to the Writers Guild of America (WGA) strike.
