Joinville and Cascavel will decide the Futsal Libertadores

The Futsal Copa Libertadores 2023 will have a 100% Brazilian final. Joinville and Cascavel made the decision after winning their semifinals this Saturday, in the competition’s home city of Caracas, Venezuela.

Joinville moved past Centauros, who played to home advantage. Even so, the Santa Catarina team was balanced on the pitch and won 2-0 against the Venezuelans, with goals from Rafael Bailer and Kevin Aluthgama.

Cascavel, on the other hand, had a more exciting match against Societá Sportiva Bocca, from Ecuador. Jorge Goncalves, Emerson Martins and Claudio Garcia scored for the Brazilians, while Alejandro Nazareno scored twice for the Ecuadorians.

Joinville is looking for the first title in its history in the Copa Libertadores de América in futsal. Cascavel, on the other hand, is the defending champion and tries to win the tournament twice. The decision will be this Sunday, at 19:00 (Brasilia time).
