Kira confesses everything to Louis

Jules drinks coffee with Boris and tells about the previous day’s confrontation with Tai and Kira. He also brags to his friend that Kira is eating out of his hand. He didn’t waste any chances to sleep with her. Boris is shocked and can’t understand that Jules is still focused on Kira despite the situation.

The police are always on his back and this relationship can hurt him. Just then, Jules receives a message from a young teenager asking to see her. He is happy to see that his plan continues to work like clockwork.

Unfortunately, the rapprochement Jules had hoped for does not go as planned. Kira accuses him of thinking her mother died sleeping with him. The young man then mentions that Kira wanted to.

Then the teenager talks about what happened to Beatrice. Jules gets annoyed and replies that their client got in trouble for talking nonsense. He advises her to think and stop blaming others by hiding behind her mother’s skirts.

He then doesn’t fail to mention with a mocking air that Kira’s mother is indeed dead. A shocked Kira kicks him in the crotch before turning on his heels.

Arriving at the high school, Kira apologizes to Thais for protecting Jules during the interrogation. She explains to her friend that she really cares for him and that she doesn’t want to lose him to Jules. Kira then asks Tyce for forgiveness.

He takes her in his hand and swears never to do it again. Tice takes the opportunity to ask if she has spoken to Louis. Kira replies that she will. Thais tries to put it into perspective, it would be a shame to ruin everything because of a kiss. But Kira knows she’ll blame herself if she doesn’t tell him.

At the police station, Clement Becker informs the prosecutor that all the witnesses in the Tippy Green case have been heard. The only person who might be prosecuted is Tice. Jules never had contact with the victim, they have nothing against him.

They are definitely in the business of selling a pyramid, but it will be difficult to prove it, especially since Jules Dana is very smart. The prosecutor decides to study the file to decide on a possible trial against Thais.

At the high school, Cat confronts Kira and Tyce after class. She was confronted by two high school girls. Kira apologizes to him. They were taken by Tip Green, they didn’t think the product could be harmful. But Cathy is very angry with the two teenagers, especially now that she can’t repay the loan.

Kira says they are truly sorry. Louis intervenes and tells her that the two young girls have learned their lesson well. Cathy then asks him not to get involved in the story, then leaves to blame Thais and Kira for the scam.

Beatrice, on the other hand, is doing better and will be able to leave the hospital. She promises Allen that she will never stop treating him again.

After class, Kira finds Louis. He regrets that he didn’t listen from the beginning. Louis offers to move in, but Kira tells him she needs to talk to him. She confides in him that she kissed Jules, but that she has no feelings for him. He assures her that he is the only one who loves her. Louis barely takes a hit and prefers to leave.

When Kira returns home, Florenti informs her that the prosecutor has decided that there will be no trial. Unfortunately, this means that Jules Dana will be able to continue defrauding people because, legally, justice cannot reprimand him for anything. Claire hopes that this story will bring bad publicity to Tip Green and that it will serve as a lesson to the two high school girls.

Evan takes the bullet

At breakfast, Robin questions her father about his relationship with Chloe. She continues to hope that her parents will return, but Evan explains to her that it is difficult for her. Chloe and him have a hard time communicating.

Their conversation is interrupted by a call from the police station, informing Evan that he has been summoned by the police. The latter lies to his son and makes him believe that he has a problem at work. He will postpone their discussion until later.

A few steps away, Lorin proudly announces to her father that it’s time to resume the clinic project. He is convinced that Evan and Chloe are going to divorce. The only problem is that Chloe no longer wants to guarantee her husband’s loan.

So Lorin suggests her father do it for her. Although Francois avoids it, the young woman insists: it’s time to take advantage. Francois accepts because his project is a gold mine.

At the police station, Evan hears Alice and Akim. Chloe filed a complaint for bullying. But the doctor doesn’t understand. He would never do anything like that. And he does not understand how he imagines that he is. Evan assures the two policemen that he will never harm his wife.

He denies all of Chloe’s accusations and doesn’t know who will blame his wife. But the police found it hard to believe him, especially after the scandal that broke out in the gallery a few days earlier. Evan gets upset and tells them that he was upset, but he’s not a bully.

As soon as the interrogation is over, Evan goes to the hospital. It has tension. Allen then offers to suspend it for two days, but Evan prefers not to. Allen advises to leave some distance between personal life and work.

Evan points out that this is easier said than done. The Doctor still doesn’t understand why he thinks he’s guilty. They have been living together for 20 years and always shared everything. How can they get there? Allen’s heart aches for her, but he has a feeling that things aren’t over between them. He encourages Evan to call his wife.

In the evening, Evan tries to call Chloe and leaves her a message on his answering machine, in which he swears what they value most, that he had nothing to do with the threats he received. She wants to see him discuss this calmly and asks him to call her back. Lorin then invites Evan out for a drink, but Evan prefers to decline.

Evan goes to wait for Chloe outside her hotel. The latter warns him from the beginning that he will not withdraw his complaint. Evan just came over to talk to her. He doesn’t understand how he can think he can do this.

But Chloe doesn’t believe him and asks her husband to think. He points to the fact that the letter of denunciation came from the hospital and that he assaulted her the other night in the gallery. Evan tries to get her to talk, but Chloe asks her to leave him alone.

At the same time, the person who has been watching them from a distance from the car rolls down the window and pulls out a gun. Evan, who sees him pointing the gun at his wife, throws himself at her to protect her. Hit by a bullet, Evan falls to the ground. Meanwhile, the car takes off.
