Singer lizzo paid a great tribute to the deceased Tina Turner (1939-2023) during a show in the city of Phoenixin the US, as part of their current tour The speciallast Wednesday (24).
“There would be no rock’n’roll without Tina Turner”he said lizzo. “I didn’t allow myself to be sad. I didn’t allow myself to cry about it. I don’t want to do it now because I’d rather celebrate the incredible legend.”said the emotional singer, before singing a version of Proud Maryfrom the band Creedence Clearwater Revival That Queen of Rock always exhibited in their concerts.
