In April 2022, TF1 aired the final two episodes of the 12th season of Clem, one of the channel’s flagship series hosted by Lucy Lucas. And after more than a year of waiting, fiction should soon be back in a big way… in a new format.
The channel just announced in a press release that Lucy Lucas and the rest of the cast returned to the set today to shoot a 2×45 minute TV movie.
Entitled “Retrouvailles”, this new opus should bring many surprises to fans after the first hour that Victoria Abril, who camped Carolina Munoz, returned, as the actress told our colleagues from Europe last March 1 This news is everything. More surprising since his character died before the start of season 9.
This return won’t be the only surprise for this special evening, as Elodie Fontaine, who left the series in 2019, and Philippe Lelouche, whose character left for Canada at the end of Season 8, have also been announced.
In this double episode, Clem and Mattie finally decide to get married. Surrounded by her tribe, joined by Alize, her best friend, and supported in the organization by Marie-France, the young woman’s marriage can only be successful.
This was without regard to family secrets that could interfere with the wedding. A secret that brings Caro’s memory to life and leads Clem and Matthew to Canada. Revelations follow, and nothing in Cheneyville will be stronger than family.
Directed by Christophe Barro, who notably worked on Clem season 12, and written by Caroline Frank (Clem) and Gania Latroche (Tropiques Criminals), the double episode will also see the return of Lupe-Dennis Elion to Mathieu and Kahn. By Augustin Galliana (Adrian).
Tomas Chomel, who plays Clem’s son, will reprise his role. Carole Richer (Marie-French) and Jean Delle (Michel) will also be there.
“Retrouvailles” began filming this Wednesday, May 31 in Paris and the Paris region. No air date has been announced for this special episode yet, but it is expected to air sometime in late 2023-early 2024.
