Attorney Carla Fleury de Souza, of the Public Prosecution of Goiás (MP-GO), went viral this week complaining about school subsidies.
He receives R$ 37,000 a month, according to the Transparency Portal, which is equivalent to 27 times the minimum wage.
During the session of the Goiás deputy’s college of lawyers, he said he “pityed” the prosecutors who were starting their careers.
“I say one thing: I feel sorry for the prosecutors who are starting their careers, the prosecutors who have their children at school, because today the cost of living is very high”, he fired.
The prosecutor also said the paycheck he receives is for “vanity”. “Just for my earrings, bracelets and shoes,” he continued. “I’m a woman who, thank God, my husband is independent and I don’t keep the house.”
