Is there a post-credits scene in ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse’? This means for the epic

Miles Morales returns to the big screen in ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse’, the second installment of the famous animated saga. This time, our young spider hero will find himself embroiled in an exciting interdimensional adventure, crossing paths with various versions of himself.

And while early reviews from fans are positive, there’s already one question everyone’s asking: Is there a post-credits scene in the movie?

Does ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse’ have a post credits scene?

Extra scenes at the end of movies have become an almost sacred tradition in the world of superheroes, especially in the Marvel universe. However, they are not exclusive to this genre, as we also find them in other franchises and films of different genres, such as ‘Star Wars’, ‘Toy Story’, ‘Jurassic World’, ‘Matrix’, ‘John Wick’, ‘Dungeons’ & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves’ and even in horror films like ‘Scream’ or ‘The Conjuring’.

Let’s remember that the first episode of this saga, “Spider-Man: A New Universe”, surprised us with a short and funny post-credits sequence that featured Miguel O’Hara, aka Spider-Man 2099, in a parody of the famous multiple Spider-Men meme.

What happens in “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse”?

Surprisingly, there are no post-credits scenes this time. After enjoying the impressive 140 minutes of action and thrill-filled footage, the film ends with the promise of a third installment that will close this animated trilogy.

That’s right, Miles Morales, Spider-Gwen, and the entire team will be returning in Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, which will be released in late March 2024.

So while there are no post-concert scenes this time around, don’t worry, there’s still plenty to come in the exciting Spider-Man universe. And while we eagerly await the next episode, ‘Spider-Man: Through the Spider-Verse’ is sure to keep you glued to the screen till the end.
