After the departure of Sam from the series in which she played the main role from 2018 – it is Ellen de Fugerole, who will replace her from season 7 – Natacha Lindinger will be discovered on the TF1 TV movie Between his hands, which will be broadcast on Monday 5 June.

The actress plays Clara, a lawyer who finds her life turning into a nightmare after an affair with a charming and magnetic sculptor. Stephen, a given sculptor and stalker, is interpreted by Yannick Koirat, recently seen in Les Combattantes, Sentinelles and Un homme abîmé.

Eric Caravaca (Year Zero) as Damien, Clara’s husband, Amel Chahbi (Gloria), in the shoes of the heroine’s best friend Fleur Geffrier, currently in the credits of the Apple TV+ series Les Gouttes de Dieu, or even Sophie de Fürst (Profiling) will complete this distribution of the single.

Is it worth checking out?

For some time, fictional literature about harassment, obsession, and control has proliferated on the small screen as a way of portraying the nightmare many women and men live in, and encouraging victims to speak out in recognition that they are not. alone.

We think of the very successful A la folie with Marie Guillain and Alexis Michalik, Mise à nu with Julie de Bona, or the more controversial Narcotic or Dark Desire. The TV movie between his hands is, unfortunately, primarily similar to Netflix’s Mexican series (minus the scary scenes) or subsequent TV movies. TF1 has kept us going for years.

In its overly rushed opening minutes, the screenplay by Mary Milojevic (Leo Mattei) and Marion Festraets (Cooks) struggles to make sense of how Clara, a lawyer who happens to be handling a major harassment case, is seduced by Stefanie. It’s not really charming at first glance, as it presents you as quite sly and stubborn from the start. And of course it won’t work.

Faced with the cartoonish Yannick Koirat, who director Vincent Lanu (inside) seems to have whispered in his ear that he needed to play a very, very bad villain score, Natacha Lindinger thankfully snaps out of it and pulls it off. Breathe into her character the misery and fear necessary to connect with this woman as she slowly descends into a nightmare that threatens to destroy her. and his family.

If you ignore the great lack of sophistication of the script and the aspect of this slightly too harmless thriller that has been seen a hundred times already, Entre ses mains at least has the advantage of knowing how to maintain its suspense and entertain us with different tactics. To use Stefan’s power of influence and manipulation over Clara, who does everything to keep her away from him and hide their affair from her husband.

So we begin to know the end of the story after all. And less demanding viewers will probably have a good time watching In His Hands. They will forget it by tomorrow, that’s for sure.
