A few hours later, George’s car was found in the middle of nowhere. Police dispatched to the scene eventually found Georges’ phone a few steps away from the car. Without waiting, Damien searches his colleague’s messages and comes across a video he sent to Vanessa.
While Damien thinks Georges is scared, Aurore realizes that their colleague has set up a trap for Vanessa, who has been working since the killer refused to flee to Spain. Damien then blames himself for not seeing the evil nature of his friend, but especially for not guessing that he was going to do such a thing.

Although her lawyer told her she was going to do it, Vanessa expected something else from George. something strong Moved, she then says that she never understood what was in his heart.
In turn, Mona was informed about the disappearance of her son. Bart tries to get her to go home, but she really doesn’t want to be alone. To change his mind, Bart offers to help cook. Distraught, she ends up crying in her boss’s arms.
At the hospital, Victoire’s nerves are at an all-time low, which Aaron did not escape. Victoire then confides in her colleague how much she loves Georges. Despite her feelings, he insists that they will never get back together. After hearing, Aaron invites him for coffee to clear his mind.

They then planned to take a cargo ship to Spain for Thailand. But if Eddie was willing to give up everything to start a new life with her, Vanessa would prefer George to do it for her.
The latter then makes him believe that he is not ready yet, but everything changes when Louis’ daughter shoots him. He even goes so far as to claim that he was so afraid of her that he came to see her at the hospital. Breaking her nerves, George adds that everything he told her in the video is true and insists that he is still in love with her. After approaching him, Vanessa says she could have killed him. It seems that he is not afraid of her, she ends up kissing him passionately.
After sharing an intimate moment, Georges wakes up and takes advantage of Vanessa’s sleeping state to try to grab a gun. Unfortunately, he surprises her, takes the gun, and then turns on her.
Georges begs him not to shoot, but a tearful Vanessa realizes that she has always loved him more than him. To prove otherwise, Georges slowly approaches, but he raises his gun at her and shoots…
