WhatsApp for iOS has started showing the new group setup screen, making it easier for admins to manage chats
OR Whatsapp released new group setup screen in iOS app. The section has been revamped to make it easier to adjust your conversation preferences and includes a new option to control new member entry.
- WhatsApp gains Telegram-style channels for mass communication
- WhatsApp Beta now allows you to send high resolution photos
From the new menu, administrators can adjust the permissions of other participants (whether they can edit group settings, send messages and add more people, for example) and activate the queue for new participants, Feature opened at Zap in March of this year.

New to the new section is the ability to prevent participants from adding other people to the group. By limiting the power to add members to administrators, the flow of users into the group is more controlled, but without the need to activate the “waiting room”.
gradual distribution
The rollout of the new group settings screen is happening gradually, according to the WABetaInfo website. Therefore, it may not appear on your device immediately. It’s worth keeping an eye out for upcoming WhatsApp updates to increase your chances of checking the news.
