Miso soup
ingredients
- 1 cup chopped chives
- 200 g of tofu, cut into medium cubes
- 3 tablespoons of miso
- 1 liter of water
- 4 tablespoons of fish flakes
Method of preparation
Put the water in a pan and bring to medium heat. After raising the boil, wait 1 minute and turn off the heat. Add the fish flakes and leave to rest for a few minutes. As soon as the fish flakes are at the bottom of the pan, strain the broth and return it to the pan. Dissolve the miso in 1 cup stock in a container, strain and add to the pan. Add the tofu and heat until boiling. Serve in bowls with the chives.
Yakisoba
ingredients
- 300g yakisoba noodles, cooked according to package directions
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon of soybean oil
- 1/2 bunch of broccoli
- 1/2 bunch of cauliflower
- 250 ml of yakisoba sauce
- 6 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 400 g of strips of beef
- 100 g of mushrooms
- 1 carrot cut diagonally
- 4 chard leaves cut diagonally
Method of preparation
Put the oil in a pan and fry the onion over medium heat. Add the beef, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, chard and mushrooms with the soy sauce. Add the yakisoba sauce and cook until the vegetables are al dente. Add the pasta, mix well and serve immediately.

Stsalmon ashimi
ingredients
- Thick salmon fillet 1 kg
- Wassabi to taste for garnish
- Grated turnip for garnish
- Soy sauce to taste
Method of preparation
Clean the salmon, remove the thorns and dark parts. Cut it into thick slices. Arrange on a plate and garnish with the turnip and wasabi. Serve with soy sauce on the side.
bgrilled aubergines
ingredients
- 8 eggplants
- 1 piece of grated ginger
- 1 pack of katsuobushi
- Shoyu to taste
Method of preparation
Place the eggplants on a grill over high heat. Turn them to grill them evenly, until the skin starts to burn. When you wake up a toothpick, they should be wilted and soft. Also cook their ends. Peel them by pulling them from the stem downwards. Remove the stem. Cut the aubergines into cubes and put them on a plate. Serve with soy sauce, grated ginger and katsuobushi.
