It All Begins Here: What’s in store for Episode 700 on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 [SPOILERS]

Elliot is stuck between love and friendship

At the institute, Benoit finds Greg and Elliot to apologize for his behavior the day before. It was simply destabilized by the declaration of double marriage, which is unconventional. But he’s not going to fight it. On the other hand, he hopes the menu will be relevant. Greg and Eliot promise him that they do, especially since they’ve split the tasks with Hortense and Mehdi so well. Benoit also hopes that Elliott will be able to carry over his best friend’s whimsical ideas.

In the atelier, Eliot does his best to contain Hortense’s ideas. While she imagines arriving on horseback or in a hot air balloon, he manages to convince her to rent a vintage car.

Meanwhile, Mehdi goes to Tessier to tell her that he is going to marry Hortense on the same day as Greg and Elliott’s wedding. Then he asks the one he considers his teacher to be his witness. Teissier accepts.

Mehdi then finds Greg in the atelier to prepare their wedding menu. Benoit comes in for a closer look. Since he doesn’t like the idea of ​​a buffet, Greg suggests going back to a sit-down meal. Satisfied, Benoit announces that he will participate in the menu design. Seeing Lionel’s ideas, he prefers to scrap them and start from scratch. Mehdi and Greg think of Jasmine, Lionel and Jude to form their brigade.

Mehdi then returns to her roommate where she announces to Hortense and Elliot that Teissier will be her best man. He also informs them that Benoit has set a gourmet menu for the meal. If Hortense is disappointed, Eliot tries to make things right.

Later, Elliot runs into Jude in the cafeteria. The latter congratulates her on her marriage, then warns her that she is a member of the menu design team. While talking to Elliot, Judy realizes that she is putting her personal desires aside to arrange for Greg and Benoit. In reality, Elliot just wants to throw a big party with all the people he loves, without worrying about conventions.

Hortense, on the other hand, thinks about decorating the tables with Vic and Deva. It is inspired by the carnival of animals: each table has its own animal. But he’s not sure Elliott likes the idea, especially with Benoit and Greg. However, Vicki encourages her sister to propose to her best friend.

So Hortense meets with Greg and Elliott to talk to them about the decoration idea. Greg categorically refuses. Eliot agrees with him. But Hortense is convinced that her best friend doesn’t dare say what she really thinks about her idea for fear of her fiancé’s judgment. Eliot replies that he knows exactly what he wants and suggests that Hortense stop being selfish…

Master’s students pass defense

It is the project presentation day for master’s students. Unlike Salome and Anais, who are afraid of the presence of the jury Louis and the investor Santorini, Livio is not stressed at all.

Enzo, on the other hand, is still considering taking oral. But he doubts: what’s the point of succeeding in his project if he can’t eat because of his disability?

Meanwhile, Louis returned from his internship in Paris. Her fit mother, like Charlene, found herself very stressed when her bodyguards approached. The young woman is all the more upset because she thinks her father doesn’t approve of her culinary designs. However, Claire and Louis reassure him of his suitability and his talent.

At the Institute, Enzo catches himself by getting stuck in a chair wheel. Vicki comes to give it to her. Enzo takes the opportunity to return to his remarks. He knows very well that he is not responsible for what happened to him during the accident. Just like in the good old days, Enzo confides in a friend about his doubts about the project. Vicky urges him to keep his guard up.

Master’s students gather in the amphitheater to present their project. After Anais, it’s Charlene’s turn. It reveals its concept, plates for support. At the end of the defense, Enzo comes in to try his luck. He presents his project with unexpected credibility: a way to break down boundaries by bringing haute gastronomy to the street thanks to street food.

After the jury’s deliberations, Rose begins her speech to thank the students for this first promotion to master. She is excited to see all their journeys so far. It states that all students are transferring to the second year.

After which he lists three students who stand out with honors: they are Salome, Anais and Charlene. As for Enzo, he leaves with congratulations from the jury. Santorini comes to give him his card to help him look for funding. Clotilda is impressed by Enzo. The latter uses the opportunity to get consent to hold the head of the pop-up this summer.
