The House resumes voting in the second round of the tax reform

This Friday, the Chamber of Deputies resumed the second-round vote on tax reform, a proposal that has been debated for decades and is finally starting to move forward in Congress.

A priority for the government and Mayor Arthur Lira (PP-AL), the proposal had already been approved in the first round the day before. At dawn, the deputies began voting on the second round of the reform, also approving the main text of the matter and rejecting an amendment, postponing the analysis of the other salient points until this Friday.
