Son of former president Jair Bolsonaro, the deputy criticized the Venezuelan Ministry of Justice and commented on the January 8 CPI
During a pro-arms event held this Sunday 9 in Brasilia, federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro, son of former president Jair Bolsonaro, made a comparison between “indoctrinating professors” and drug traffickers.
Bolsonaro gave a speech to the demonstrators in attendance, in which he criticized the justice ministry, made comments about Venezuela and drew a comparison between teachers and drug traffickers.
“There is no difference between an indoctrinating professor and a drug dealer trying to kidnap our children into the world of crime. Maybe the indoctrinating professor is worse,” he said.

Federal deputy Marcos Pollon (PL-MS), founder of the Proarmas Movement, who organized the event in Brasilia, participated in the National Meeting for Freedom.
The group guarantees that it is a “safe activity”, authorized by the authorities of the Federal District, according to the information published on its official portal.
The lawmaker also expressed support for the link between the January 8 acts and the Proarmas Movement, seeing it as something positive.
“At the CPI on January 8, I saw pro-guns get attacked and people trying to connect the [movimento] pro-guns on January 8th. You know what that means? You are doing a great job,” she added.
Revoke
After assuming the presidency in January, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva rescinded several measures implemented by former president Jair Bolsonaro, including the arms policy.
These changes included the suspension of new registrations for shooting clubs and collectors, shooters and hunters (known as CACs). There has also been a reduction in the limit of weapons each individual can acquire, from six to three.
In addition to reducing the amount of weapons that citizens can acquire, the provision establishes that it will be necessary to present again the “proof of actual need” for the purchase of weapons. Before, during the Bolsonaro government, a single statement was enough.
Even without presenting evidence, the parliamentarian said that the country led by Maduro is the most violent in the world.
“Venezuela is the most violent country in the world and Brazil will walk in that direction again, unfortunately it will steal many innocent lives because the guys from the Ministry of Justice don’t want to give access to self-defense to all of us,” commented Eduardo Bolsonaro.
