There are a multitude of animations on different subjects and it is often difficult to choose which work to watch. However, there are some titles that stand out as real masterpieces, conquering both the public and specialized critics. Therefore, we list here the top 10 best anime of all time according to critics.

Some anime that is among the highest rated may end up not appearing here, as in some cases only a specific season has a higher rating. In these cases, the scores of all seasons of the anime are added together and then an average is taken for analysis. It’s also valid to say that movies, specials, and OVAs didn’t make it to this list.
