According to information from the website Accessos.com, the Barbie movie has already become the biggest presale of cinema tickets of the year. In just five days, demand for tickets exceeded the company’s initial expectations by as much as 166%, and it began selling tickets earlier this month.

Additionally, Warner Bros. revealed another record the film broke before it was even released. Barbie now occupies the number 1 position when it comes to pre-sale tickets for studios in Brazil. That number is pretty significant, after all, it surpasses films from similar franchises Harry Potter and long-awaited movies like Batman.
