What will happen to the world of Stranger Things after the fifth and final season? A spin-off, a sequel, a prequel… anything is possible, but nothing has been decided on the Duffer Brothers side yet. However, David Harbour, who plays Sheriff Jim Hopper, already has an idea of an actor who could play a younger version of his character in a possible prequel.

On the Hollywood side, production has yet to begin on this final season, which has been stalled by a writers’ and actors’ strike. The Duffer brothers said on Twitter that the situation will not change as long as this strike continues.
