At a certain point in the film, pugh she is sitting completely naked in an armchair. In the scene, the actress’s body was covered with a kind of black dress, generated by CGI. The concession was made so that the film could be shown in cinemas in India and countries in the Middle East.

It wasn’t the first time that Oppenheimer was seen as a problem in India. There is a situation where Robert and Jane have sex while he recites the Bagavadeguitá, a Hindu text. The member of Save Culture Foundation Save India (SCSI) Uday Mahurkar criticized the choice and made accusations of Islamophobia.
Hindu nationalist politician Bharatiya Janata further claimed that the scene represented a “disturbing attack on Hinduism” and that the film is “part of a larger conspiracy by anti-Hindu forces” (via CNN).
